- How large the room was and how friendly the staff was!
- Pool area!

Cons -
- Some of the amenities (TV) needs to be modernized to include streaming options
- Pool closes too soon. Sauna not working.
- The "free" breakfast wasn't part of the lodging and required extra payment. I was disappointed because part of the reason I picked this place was the breakfast buffet. Was it the fine print I missed?

My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast. There were plenty of options to choose from.
The location may have been in a great spot before, but due to an on going reclamation it kind of covered the view of the bay. I guess that's part of the progress.
FREE shuttle service to the Mall of Asia! I love their on-site TENNIS courts! I love the free parking for guests and their visitors with parking validation. Staff was excellent! The SPA and Sauna were nice. All you can eat buffet is a must!
The caring staff were so helpful and caring. The supervisor took time to give me a tour of the facility and more than answered all my questions and more. The bartender was the most attentive and caring server I ever experienced.
The body of water next to the hotel is being filled in with dirt for some big construction projects.
We like the staff and location.
On the last day of our stay, we found out that there are blood stains on the mattress. we sure did let them know but we didn¿t receive any response from them.
Nice property, excellent services, immaculate, good quality food/beverage.
Sadly there are new ongoing construction in the Manila Bay took away the beautiful waterfront view.
The amenities of Sofitel are great
The hotel was doing maintenance on the elevators and it severely impacted the ability to use the elevators during busy hours
The cafe and pool.
Love this hotel.
Outstanding buffet.
The hotel was more of a fancy but rustic atmosphere style which was great.
Full view of the sunrise overlooking Manila Bay that greets us in the morning and sunsets in the evening.
Nothing yet
EVERYTHING about the hotel.
Excellent
We love the Sofitel, the pool area and the staff are wonderful.
It’s getting a little tired and is in need of a renovation. Also there seems to be an increase in traffic and the wait to check in is getting longer and longer.
If you are staying in the hotel for any reason, you should go for dinner and have breakfast. It was the best breakfast I had in my life in the hotel, and I travelled to many hotels already. The food is quite expensive but can ask for an offer and always gives you a very attractive deal. From the reviews, it is one of the best hotels in Manila
The hotel is European 4 stars, there is a small swimming pool and small playground for kids, nothing special. The rooms and inside look a little bit old and good to have renovation. Outside the hotel, there is 7eleven and some restaurants, shops. It takes around 30 min yo get from the airport. I was taking a grab.
it was raining the day we were there so no comments for the outdoor pool, the sunset view is excellent from the hotel
The amenities
The room is a bit old already. Maybe needs someUpgrade. Maybe a love sofa camDo inside the room. Long queue
Breakfast: Excellent, much better than our expectations. Dinner: Excellent, second to none. The room was very good and the service was excellent. Jacuzzi, sauna, Spa, Gym: very good attention and service.
The pool: the pool is great, excellent, beautiful, but it was quite crowded at the time we went there but we not blame to the hotel , it is normal...
